Strawberry Banana Fluff Salad
Juicy strawberries and fresh bananas are folded into a light and creamy blend of sweet banana pudding, whipped topping, cream cheese and mini marshmallows.

Extra strawberries and banana slices
for garnish
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add banana pudding mix and beat again.
Add Cool Whip, milk and vanilla. Beat again until smooth.
Gently stir in strawberries, bananas, and marshmallows.
Top with additional strawberries and bananas for garnish.
Notes
This dessert is best served shortly after making because the bananas will brown if made too far in advance!
You can cut larger marshmallows into smaller ones if you don’t have mini marshmallows on hand.
Don't overmix the salad as it may make it too runny or deflate the cream base.
Garnish with additional fruit right before serving for extra freshness.
