Ingredients

large avocado

sour cream

Salt and pepper
to taste
Olive oil and basil leaves
optional for garnish
Instructions
Place avocado, sour cream, parsley, basil, mint, and chives in a blender. Blend until smooth. You may have to scrape the sides down with a spatula.
Add salt and pepper to taste, blending well.
Transfer dip to a serving bowl. Drizzle olive oil over top and garnish with small basil leaves. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Use a ripe avocado that is slightly soft to the touch but not mushy. It should have a deep green color and give slightly when pressed.
Use fresh, quality ingredients for the best flavors. Dried herbs will not work for this recipe.
If you don’t have a blender, this recipe can also be made using a food processor to blend the ingredients.
