Drain the syrup off the cherries, but I would suggest saving it for future drinks.
Fill the jar and cover the cherries with vodka. Tightly cover the jar and refrigerate overnight.
Drain the cherries and place them on a plate lined with paper towel. Gently blot the cherries, removing any vodka. Once again, I would suggest saving the cherry infused vodka for future drinks.
Prepare a baking sheet or plate by lining it with parchment paper.
Melt white chocolate bark in a small bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring often.
Place blue sprinkles in another small bowl.
Dip each cherry into the melted bark ⅔ of the way. Allow excess bark to drip off.
Next, dip the bottom ⅓ of the cherry into the blue sprinkles.
Place dipped cherries on your prepared baking sheet or plate.
Chill and allow to harden before serving.
Notes
The longer you soak your cherries, the stronger boozy flavor you’ll have!
You can save the syrup you drain off the cherries for future drinks as well as the cherry infused vodka that you’re left with.
To make virgin cherry bombs for the kids, just omit the vodka.
