American Flag Fruit Pizza
A sweet sugar cookie crust topped with fluffy cream cheese frosting and fresh berries beautifully arranged to resemble the American flag.

Ingredients
- 16.5 ounce tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- ⅔ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 8 ounces whipped topping
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 2 cups chopped fresh strawberries
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 ½- inch slice fresh pineapple for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- Spread sugar cookie dough out on a greased 12-inch pizza pan.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Allow crust to cool.
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together.
- Add whipped topping and beat until smooth.
- Spread half of cream cheese mixture evenly over top of cooled crust.
- Create an outline around the entire pizza with blueberries.
- Next, create the blue portion of the flag with the remaining blueberries.
- Create the red stripes by alternating rows of raspberries and chopped strawberries.
- Finally, place remaining cream cheese mixture in a gallon-size ziplock bag. Cut a small corner of the bag off and pipe the white stripes in between the red stripes.
- Finish by using a star-shaped cookie cutter to create the star. Refrigerate until serving.
Notes
- Feel free to omit or add on any other fruits of your choosing! Some other options include blackberries or sliced grapes.
- To save time on the day of serving, you can also make the crust a day ahead and store it in the refrigerator.
- Make sure you remember to soften your cream cheese before mixing it with the other ingredients!
- Press down the fruits gently on the frosting so that they stay in place.
- Use uniform-sized fruits for straighter lines on your flag and better visual appeal.
