Spread sugar cookie dough out on a greased 12-inch pizza pan.
Bake for 12 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Allow crust to cool.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together.
Add whipped topping and beat until smooth.
Spread half of cream cheese mixture evenly over top of cooled crust.
Create an outline around the entire pizza with blueberries.
Next, create the blue portion of the flag with the remaining blueberries.
Create the red stripes by alternating rows of raspberries and chopped strawberries.
Finally, place remaining cream cheese mixture in a gallon-size ziplock bag. Cut a small corner of the bag off and pipe the white stripes in between the red stripes.
